Business coaching & strategy
Whether you're figuring out your first offer or already have an audience but haven't found the right way to monetise it, the challenge is usually the same. It's not a lack of ideas or effort, it's not knowing what your audience will actually pay for, and not having a clear path from where you are to a sustainable business.
This shows up differently depending on where you're starting from. Some people have the skills and the drive but no clear direction yet. Others have already built an audience, on a course platform, social media, or elsewhere, but don't own the relationship or have a real offer built around it.
I work with people on the full picture, from figuring out the right direction and offer, to validating demand, to building and launching it properly. Composer Forge was built and funded this way: presold to an independent email list built from my own Udemy audience, before a single lesson was recorded.
The offer could be a course, a coaching programme, a membership, a community, a tool, or something else entirely. What matters is that it's built around what your audience or market actually wants, not a guess.
What this looks like in practice:
- Business strategy: clear-eyed diagnosis of where you are, what you have, and what the right next move is — using proven frameworks, not guesswork
- Offer design: building an offer your audience will actually pay for, positioned and priced correctly from the start
- Offer validation: finding out what your audience will pay for before committing to a build — via surveys, interviews, and direct signals
- Independent platform setup: your own platform, your pricing, your customer relationships
- Audience migration: moving your existing audience onto a list or platform you own and control
- Presell campaigns: revenue collected before anything is built — the most efficient way to validate and fund a new product simultaneously
- Launch strategy and execution: end-to-end planning and implementation
- Custom software and app development where needed (React, full-stack JavaScript)
My background:
- 15+ ventures launched since 2016 across online education, e-commerce (built and operated 4 stores), Amazon Kindle publishing, SEO/affiliate marketing, web design services, social media management, and tech startups (Pathway Mapper, Cozyama)
- 38,000+ students taught across 145 countries
- Graduate Diploma in IT, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia (2016)
- The Odin Project — Full-Stack JavaScript & React Track (completed December 2024)
- Google Ads Search Certified (June 2025)
- Meta Ads Digital Marketing Associate (certification in progress)
- Flame Sales Accelerator, The Shortcut, Helsinki, Finland (completed May 2025)
- Real-world experience: built and funded Composer Forge using these exact methods
